"Strung Along" with Timna Tarr

String quilts are an easy, fun way to use scraps. This technique is extremely forgiving and can be tailored to quilts of all shapes and sizes. In this class, you will learn the techniques of making a basic string quilt. Through experimentations with color and value, we will modernize the string quilt to create a contemporary piece. Color theory and improvisation techniques will also be discussed during the workshop.

The best part about string blocks is that they are all unique and you cannot go wrong when making them!
