Merchants who have completed the Merchant Mall Application and been approved as a merchant will receive an email with a code to complete this registration.
Important dates for merchants are:
Quilt Show 10:00-4:00 (merchants may enter after 8:00)
Booth take down begins at 4:00 (must be completed by 7:00)
NOTICE: Proof of vaccination will be required of all merchants, workers, volunteers and guests (over the age of 12) entering the quilt show building.
Registration is completed online by clicking the green button to the left. During registration you will be required to enter the code provided in the email notifying you of acceptance into the quilt show. The following new information will be part of registration:
There is a nonrefundable registration fee of $40. All cancellations prior to January 31 receive a refund of the fee minus the registration fee of $40. After January 31, the fee will be refunded only if a comparable replacement merchant is found.
Payment by credit card online is available. If payment is not received within two weeks, registration will be canceled. If you have any difficulty with registration email Judi Bergsagel at merchantmall@quiltersanonymous.org or call her at 425 359-9261. Information about booth location and important details will be sent in January.
As a reminder, all merchants will have a listing of the name of their company on our public website quiltersanonymous.org for no less than four months.
