Notes on Retreat Pricing - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before registering!
Deposit: At the time of registration for retreat lodging, a deposit of $100 will be collected to secure your spot. This deposit is refundable (less transaction fees) ONLY if your registration is cancelled PRIOR to ONE WEEK before retreat starts, in this case, by April 2nd.
Meals: Fees listed per night include dinner on day of arrival and all meals through lunch on the day of your departure. Extra meals may be purchased for early arrival or late departure days.
New this year: Sunday ends after breakfast, at 11 AM. If enough people want to stay until our traditional 2 PM on Sunday, we can extend our time and they can purchase Sunday lunch as an extra meal.
Single Rooms: Members may request a single room during the Retreat Reservation, Special Accommodation request. The ability to offer single rooms is dependent on capacity. If capacity is available, single rooms will be granted by request, in the order that registrations are received,
Day visits: fee includes use of facilities for the day. No meals are included in the fee, but they may be purchased at the time of registration
